About Frank Caputo

Frank Caputo was elected as Member of Parliament for Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo in the 2021 federal election. He currently serves as the Associate Shadow Minister for Justice and Attorney General and sits on the the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights.

The son of Italian immigrants, he models his work ethic after his parents, who came to Canada with nothing and built a life for their family through hard work and sacrifice. He has worked in and around law and justice his entire career, working in corrections, as a crown prosecutor, as a law instructor at Thompson Rivers University, and now as a legislator.

Having deep roots in the community, Frank is a strong, principled voice in Ottawa for the people of Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo who will always work with the best interests of his community in mind.
